Began his career at MSW Eight Years ago. In his role as executive Director, He plays a pivotal part in defining the culture as well as building the prestigious reputation of his company. Responsible for extending his vision through sound long term strategic development. Pawan Intuitively sees the threads of opportunities that wind through Hamster Spirit Pvt. Ltd bring them together into a coherent whole all the while driving revenue and finding solution. Pawan has helped shape Hamster into one of the largest and most successful importers of branded Spirit and fine wines in the country. Pawan holds a rich academic background with early training in the Allied Domecq spirit & Wine Pvt. Ltd (2001-2005).Then he had joined Focus Brands Pvt. Ltd. (2005-2008). In this mean time he gained the market experience by Campari group. After learning the market strategies he joined Carlsberg India in (2008-2011) Life always gives you the turning point, his destiny was allied to play a prime role in establishment of Mahu India. He was a reporting Head of two major zones of India. (Northern-Eastern India)While working with Mahu India Pawan has seeded the roots of Meastro in 2014, currently among the top three distributors of India’s largest state.
