La Amante Merlot is a bold and seductive red wine with aromas of dark cherries, blackberries, and plums. Its full-bodied and velvety palate features flavors of ripe black fruits, chocolate, and coffee, with a touch of smokiness. This wine pairs well with hearty meat dishes and strong cheeses. Its name, "La Amante," means "the lover" in Spanish, reflecting its sensual and alluring nature.

Our Wine’s journey starts with the work of skilled hardworking, farmer’s local to the Maharashtra region. They identify grapes located in the Vinchur region of Nashik, finding optimal conditions for White Leaf by waiting for at least six months for the grapes to reach peak maturity.
Next, we ferment our carefully-selected grape juice for up to minimum of 9-11months in the bulk storage, without the presence of oxygen to make the natural alcohol, a technique that has been around for centuries.
Next, we make a blend of our carefully-selected grapes for up to 6-9 months. Italian technologies are then used to extract and collect the juice by crushing the harvested grapes, a technique that has been around for centuries.
Finally, we package our bottles for the world to share. We’re proud that our suppliers, like us, prioritize sustainability and transparency in the production of their materials every step of the way.
